Occupational Health Locations

If you are calling regarding a work-related injury or symptoms NOT related to the Coronavirus, or for other Occupational Health questions, please call Occupational Health services at 415.885.7580 during our regular business hours, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.  We are closed from 12:00 to 1:00 PM. To send a fax, please dial 415.514.5614.  Our email address is o[email protected].

 

If you are injured at work

If you are a UCSF employee and are injured at work, please report the incident to your supervisor right away.  Call our main line, 415.885.7580, to make an appointment.  If this is an urgent matter and you are seeking care outside of our business hours, please go to the UCSF Emergency Department at 505 Parnassus Avenue, or to Mission Bay, 1855 Fourth Street, whichever is closest.   If this is a life-threatening emergency, call 911 (or 9-911 from a UC phone).

If you are a UCSF employee or enrolled UCSF student and experience a needle stick or exposure to bodily fluid, please get in touch with the Needlestick Hotline at 415.353.7842.  This phone number is answered 24/7.

If you are an enrolled UCSF student and are injured in the course of your clinical work, please contact UCSF Student Health & Counseling.
